3D Names License

What this License allows you to do:

  1. By downloading a 3D Name using our App and after watching any adverts, you, the customer is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, on-going license to make use the downloaded image.
  2. This license covers you to use your selected image on any of your personal devices which you own

Go! Things you can do with the 3D Name images

  1. You can use your 3D Name as a background image on any of your devices
  2. You can use your 3D Name in any printed garment that you own personally
  3. You can use or edit your 3D Name image for use as a Digital asset in any non-commercial personal website, blog, or social media channel

STOP!! Things you can’t do with the 3D Name images

  1. You cannot sell or re-distribute any of the 3D Names images without written permission from the sites owners
  2. You cannot sell a digital product to a client where a 3D names image is used as part of the digital or printed assets
  3. You cannot use 3D Names for any commercial websites unless a backlink is created on your website and you notify us using the contact form (in 99% of cases we're sure it'll be fine!)

A.I. Text Maker

What this License allows you to do:

  1. By creating an image using our A.I. Text Maker tool using our Website or App, you, the customer is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, on-going license use the downloaded image.
  2. This license covers you to use your selected image on any of your personal devices which you own

Go! Things you can do with the A.I. Text Maker images

  1. You can use your A.I. Text Maker as a background image on any of your devices
  2. You can use your A.I. Text Maker in any printed garment that you own personally
  3. You can use or edit your A.I. Text Maker image for use as a Digital asset in any non-commercial personal website, blog, or social media channel

Adobe Firefly License

This relates to any A.I. generated images made using Adobe Firefly:

  1. Any A.I. Images generated with Adobe Firefly will be watermarked and this should not be removed
  2. Please read the https://firefly.adobe.com/faq#content-credentials link for more details
  3. A.I. Images generated by Adobe Firefly are for personal use only, not for commercial use
  4. A.I. Images generated by Adobe Firefly remain the property of Adobe

Profile Page License

What this license allows you to do:

  1. You may share your profile page with anyone
  2. Your public profile page is intended as a friendly way of showing off yourself in a unique way, and must not be used in a harmful or offensive manner

Content Restrictions:

  1. You are prohibited from uploading or using any content containing obscene language or offensive text.
  2. You are not allowed to upload or display obscene, explicit, or inappropriate images.
  3. You cannot include links to harmful, dangerous, or malicious websites.
  4. Uploading harmful software, scripts, viruses, or any malicious code is strictly prohibited.
  5. Content should not be used for bullying, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior towards others.
  6. Any commercial use, including advertising, requires explicit permission from the owner.
  7. Suspicious or fraudulent use of the content will result in immediate account suspension or block.
  8. You cannot remove or alter any backlinks present within the content.
  9. You cannot remove any adverts placed into the page via 3D Names.

After Effects, Photoshop, Blender, 3DS Max & Houdini Files

Currently we allow you to download a small sample of After Effects files, and we will soon be offering you the ability to download some of the source files for the 3D Names images, Blender Files with 3D Animations as well as 3D Studio Max, Blender & Houdini files.

What this license allows you to do:

  1. You may use the files for personal use only
  2. You may not sell or re-distribute the files
  3. You may not use the files for commercial purposes unless you have obtained permission first.

  1. You can use the files to learn from
  2. You can use the files to create your own 3D Names
